The human race is in the midst of what I consider to be "evolution growing pains" and, being a fellow human,

At the core of this it seems we are all being called to face the roots of our own limitations and parts of ourselves
that keep us from the essential nature of who we are. How this looks on the surface is that we are all facing the
task of our own personal healing which at its foundation includes addressing the core beliefs and conditioned
thought patterns that have accumulated in our minds throughout our life. In doing so we allow the natural
process of freeing ourselves of the past thus clearing the path for our Essence to shine and lead the way in our
lives!
The challenge that many of us face on this awakening path is that without giving ourselves the opportunity and
creating the intentional practices to keep ourselves aware and awake to our particular journey of healing and
living, we will constantly find ourselves back into a reactive patterns that mirrors the old paradigm survival based
global consciousness.
It is up to you to make the commitment to change and awaken to your Life.
You know more than any other being who you are and what you need in this life.
It is up to you recognize the beauty and potential of who you are and cultivate that part of yourself through all
areas and relationships in you life.
